For beta support, email support@landguessr.com. Include your account email, browser/device, approximate time of the issue, and any game or result URL if relevant.

What support can help with

  • Account access, login, logout, and session issues.
  • Account export or deletion requests.
  • Billing questions once paid subscriptions are enabled.
  • Gameplay bugs, scoring issues, broken scenes, or suspicious leaderboard activity.
  • Privacy, classroom, or data-handling questions.

Account and privacy requests

Signed-in users can use the Account data page to export data or request deletion. If self-service deletion is unavailable, email support and we will handle beta requests manually within 30 days unless a shorter period is required.

Billing support

Paid subscriptions are not fully launched yet. When Stripe billing is enabled, this page and account settings will link to the billing portal for subscription management and payment-method updates.
